Last week, we teamed up with Kaimahi from Healthy Families Invercargill, and held the third Rangatahi Cooking Class for the year, in The Pantry Invercargill kitchen!

9 keen teens came along and got stuck in, they made a beautiful veggie and noodle stirfry, followed by fruit and choccie dessert muffins 😋

They each took home a bag of utensils, ingredients, recipe cards, foraging maps and an electric frypan to continue the learning at home. We will be hosting more of these in 2026 - if your young people are keen to get on the waiting lists now, send an email to: Stacey@southalive.org.nz with their ages! ... See MoreSee Less
