💛 It's Mental Health Awareness Week! 💛

Mental health awareness week is all about connecting, and what better way to connect than through a little friendly competition! 🏓

Our South Alive and The Pod Cafe team headed down to take on the Healthy Families Invercargill team from Active Southland in a fun game of pickleball!

There were plenty of laughs, some questionable skills, and a whole lot of team spirit!
