Marianne and Matt have delivered yoga for kids in the school holidays here at South Alive for a few years and now they are bringing yoga for adults too!
Every Saturday here at South Alive, during school terms they will be running a free Yoga class from 12pm – 1pm.
No need to register, just come along and have a go.
